Buy 11 offers curbside delivery as standard. This excludes unpacking, indoor placement, or removal of packing materials. Customers who require these additional services may request them at the time of order, with extra charges applied for the labour required.

Incorrect Address
Customers are entirely responsible for furnishing accurate and complete delivery details at the time of placing an order. Buy 11 disclaims any liability for shipping delays, failed or incorrect deliveries, or misplacement of products resulting from inaccuracies, insufficiencies, or misinformation provided by the customer.

Damaged Products
In the event of any shipment being delivered with apparent external damage, customers are required to record the details, including photographic evidence, in the presence of the delivery personnel, and to immediately notify our customer support team. Our representatives will then advise you on the appropriate course of action. Furthermore, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure, prior to purchase, that the selected items can be accommodated through entrances, staircases, and elevators in their original packaging.
