Damages
To ensure your satisfaction, we encourage you to check your order as soon as it is delivered and reach out to us immediately if there are any concerns, such as a wrong, defective, or damaged item. This allows us to resolve the issue quickly for you. Kindly note that we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for damage reported after delivery has been finalized and verified. In the case of an approved exchange, the return shipping cost will need to be borne by the customer.

Refund
